外固定器治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折（附30例报告）

利用外固定器治疗新鲜开放性胫腓骨折３０例，平均年龄３３．９岁，卧床时间平均６ｄ，骨折临床愈合时间平均为８Ｗ。功能复查优２３例，占７６．７％，良５例，占１６．７％，可２例占６．６％。本法特点是手法与器械相结合，必要时在骨折端（胫骨）切开一小口，用手指直接触摸骨端复位，以提高解剖对位率，穿针加压固定，能稳定骨折，以利愈合，术后早期服用双氢克尿噻促进消肿，为病人早日下床以及关节功能锻炼提供了条件。

Treatment of Open Tibio-Fibular Fracture by External Fixator:A Report of 30 Cases

Thirty Cases of fresh open tibio-fibular fracture were treated by external fixator. The average age was 33. 9 years. The time for patients in bed was 6 days and the clinical union time was 56 days on average. The functional check results were excellent in 23 cases(76.7%),good in 5 cases(16.7%),fair in 2 cases(6. 6%).The author concludes that the anatomical apposition rate can be raised by combining use of device and manual reduction. The suitable open reduction might be performed in the patients reduced difficultly the fracture by manual bone-setting. The union was well facilitated by stable and pressor fixation. The use of dihydrochlorothiazide postoperatively was helpful in reducing the traumatic edema and allowing early mobilization and rehabilitation.
