门诊病人乙型肝炎五项指标调查

目的 了解替江市门诊病人乙肝感染情况，为合理治疗病人提供参考。方法 应用酶联免疫吸咐试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）法。结果 受检人数３１４０人，男性 １８３０，女性 １３１０。共检出 ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性７７０人，阳性率２４．５％，其中男性５００，占男性人数的２７．３％，女性２７０人，占女性总人数的２０．６％。男女之间有显著性差异（ｐ＜０．０５）。在７７０例乙肝阳性患者中，ＨｂｓＡｇ、ＨｂｅＡｇ抗－ＨＢｃ均阳性者有 １８０例，结论 乙型肝炎是一种危险而有传染性的疾病，有关部门应做好防治工作，对 ＨＢｓＡｇ阴性者进行乙肝疫苗接种，提高免疫力，而乙肝感染患者则应接受合理治疗，以降低传染性。

Investigation of the five indexes for diagnosis of HBV among outpatients

Objective To understand the infectious status of the outpatients with hepatitis B in Qianjiang City and provide reference basis for treatment of the patients Methods Enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay ( ELISA ) was used in the investigation. Results There 3140 outpatients , including 1830 males and 1310 females, were investigated, totally 770 HBsAg positives were detected with a positive rate of 24.5%,including 500 males (accountingfor27.3% of the total quantity of male patients)and27O females (accounting for20.6% of the total quantity of female patients). Significant differences between males and females were observed(P <0.05). Out of the 770 HBsAg positives, there were 180 HbsAg, HbeAg and anti - HBc positives. Conclusion Hepatitis B is a senous infectious disease and effective control measures be taken and all the HBsAg negatives be vaccinated in order to enhance their immunity, while the patients with hepatitis B be treated properly.
