| 摘 要： | 目的 观察银茶胶囊对实验性动物心肌缺血及血小板聚集性的影响。方法 自制银茶胶囊对垂体后叶素所致大鼠心机缺血、离体豚鼠心脏灌流以及血小板聚集性的侧定试脸。结果与结论 银茶胶囊可拮抗垂体后叶素造成的心肌缺血，减少结扎冠状动脉造成的缺血区和心肌梗死范围，对ADP诱导的血小板聚集有显著的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE We observed the effect of Yincha capsules to myocardial ischemia of experiment animal and platelet acti-eating factor(PAF).METHODS We make experiments to prove the effect of self-made capsules to rat myocardium ischemia induced by pituitrin,isolated guinea pig heart perfused and PAF. RESULTS and CONCLUSION The Yincha capsules can antagonige my-cardium ischemia by pituitrin induced and the ischemia area and the infarction range caused by the ligation of coronary artery and have obviously represived to platelet aggregation induced by ADP. |
