特殊表现的一氧化碳中毒2例报道并文献复习

目的报道2例特殊表现的一氧化碳中毒患者,并对相关文献进行复习。方法总结分析2例一氧化碳中毒患者并发横纹肌溶解症—深静脉血栓形成—周围神经损害的临床特点及诊治过程,并对检索到的相关文献进行分析。结果 2例一氧化碳中毒患者均并发横纹肌溶解症—深静脉血栓形成—周围神经损害,临床表现较复杂,经过积极治疗,横纹肌溶解和深静脉血栓治愈,但周围神经损害仍存在。结论临床上对于一氧化碳中毒并发横纹肌溶解症—深静脉血栓形成—周围神经损害应当给予足够的重视并积极处理。

Two Cases of Patients with a Special Performance of Carbon Monoxide Poisoning and Reviewe the Related Literatures

Objective To report two cases of patients with a special performance of carbon monoxide poisoning and reviewe the related literatures. Methods Analyzed the clinical features of two patients of carbon monoxide poisoning complicated with rhabdomyolysis-deep vein thrombosis-peripheral nerve injury and the treatment process,and retrieved the pertinent literatures. Results Two cases of carbon monoxide poisoning were complicated with rhabdomyolysis-deep vein thrombosis-peripheral nerve injury,and had the more complex clinical manifestations. Rhabdomyolysis and deep vein thrombosis after active treatment were cured, but peripheral nerve damage was still presenced. Conclusion Carbon monoxide poisoning complicated rhabdomyolysis-deep vein thrombosis-peripheral nerve damage should be afforded adequate attention and active processing in clinical.
