| 摘 要： | 目的建立麝香接骨胶囊中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱（RP-HPLC）法测定麝香接骨胶囊中阿魏酸的含量,色谱柱为Dikma Diamonsil C18柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（30∶70）为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长320nm。结果阿魏酸进样量在0.01052～0.1052μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0.9997）,平均加样回收率为100.40%,RSD=0.87%（n=6）。结论RP-HPLC法专属性强,准确度高,重现性好,可作为麝香接骨胶囊的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the content determination of ferulie acid in Shexiangjiegu Capsule. Methods To determine the content of ferulic acid in Shexiangjiegu Capsule by HPLC. The column was Dikma Diamonsil C18 （250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm） using methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid （30： 70） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 35 ℃, the detection wavelength was 320 nm. Results The linear range of ferulic acid was 0. 010 52- 0. 105 2 μg. The average recovery rate was 100.40% （RSD =0.87%, n = 6）. Conclusion This method is specific, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of this product. |
