单纯胃囊压迫治疗食道-胃底静脉曲张破裂大出血临床观察

目的：探讨单纯胃囊压迫治疗食道-胃底静脉曲张破裂大出血的临床疗效与副作用。方法：将47例食管-胃底静脉曲张破裂出血病人随机分为观察组（24例）和对照组（23例）。观察纽在常规药物治疗基础上加用单纯胃囊压迫止血，对照组在常规药物治疗基础上用传统三腔二囊管压迫法止血，在治疗前及治疗后48小时观察两组止血效果与不良反应及并发症情况。结果：两组临床疗效基本相近，统计学无明显差异（P＞0．05）。而并发症中食管炎与活动限制、胸内后疼痛观察组明显减少（P＜0.01）。结论：单纯胃囊压迫止血与传统三腔二囊管压迫止血同样有效，而副作用与并发症明显减少。

Clinical observation of effects of simply intragastric-bag pressing on bleeding of esophageal gastric varices rapture

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects and side effects of simply intragastric-bag pressing on bleeding of esophageal gastric varices rapture. Methods ： Forty-seven patients of bleeding of esophageal gastric varices rapture were randomly divided into observed group （24 patients） and compared group （23 patients） . Based on routine drugs therapy,the observed group was treated with simply intragastric-bag pressing hemostasis and the compared group with traditional three-cavity tube II capsule hemostasis. The hemostasia effect, adverse effect and complications were recorded before therapy and after 48 hours therapy. Results ： The clinical effects of the two groups are basically the same. There is no obvious difference （P〉0.05） between them statistically. However, esophagitis in complications, action limit and pain in substenal decrease significantly （p〈0.01） in the observed group. Conclusion： Simply intragastric-bag pressing hemostasis has the same effect with traditional three-cavity tube II capsule hemostasis , while side effects and complications decrease obviously.
