| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗前列腺增生症的护理。方法对164例应用高强度聚焦超声治疗前列腺增生症患者的护理工作进行总结。结果164例患者术后5～14天拔除尿管,随访2～8月,排尿自主症状改善,尿流率提高,膀胱镜检查前列腺部尿道梗阻消除。结论术前术后的心理护理,术前肠道的清洁,术后病情观察及加强术后尿管护理,是预防感染和保证疗效的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the nursing in the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH)by high intensity foeused ultrasund(HIFU).Methods From December 2002 to July 2004,164 cases with BPH received HIFU and it's nursing was summarized.Results Follow up time was from 2 to 8 months.The patients urination was improved and uroflow rate was increased.Urethral obstruction of protate portion was eliminated by cystoscopy.Conclusion Pre and postoperative psychologie nursing,preoperative intestinal cleaning,postoperative observation of patient's condition and urinary catheter nursing are keys to prevent the infection and guarantee the curative effect. |
