预防性放疗对直肠癌根治术患者手术及预后的影响

目的探讨术前预防性放疗对直肠癌手术治疗患者手术情况及预后的影响。方法 124例直肠癌患者随机分为对照组及放疗组,两组患者均接受手术治疗,放疗组术前接受多野预防性剂量放射治疗,观察两组患者术中手术情况及术后患者生活质量、术后直肠功能及肿瘤复发等预后情况。结果两组手术切除率差异无统计学意义,两组患者术后生活质量评价及直肠功能评价差异无统计学意义,放疗组局部复发率及远处转移率低于对照组。结论术前预防性放疗能够减少直肠癌术后肿瘤复发,对生活质量无明显影响。

Effect of prophylactic radiotherapy to operations and prognosis on patients with rectal cancer

Objective To investigate the effect of prophylactic radiotherapy to operations and prognosis on patients with rectal cancer.Methods 124 cases of patients with rectal cancer were randomly divided into control groups and radiotherapy groups,all patients taken operations,patients in radiotherapy received prophylactic radiotherapy in multiple field,the operation,quality of life in post-operation,rectal founction and relapse rate of tumor were analysized.Results Ratio of exairesis was identical and quality of life in post-operation was indiscriminate in two groups,in comparison with control groups,the relapse rate in local and metastasis rate in distant organ was lower in radiotherapy groups.Conclussion Preoperative prophylactic radiotherapy was effective to discreasing post-operative relapse and metastasis on rectal cancer,and was no effect in quality of life in post-operation.
