| 摘 要： | 目的评价684例次经桡动脉冠状动脉介入诊治并发症情况。方法连续入选2007年11月～2010年3月我院冠状动脉介入诊治的患者684例次。分析常规经桡动脉介入诊治及并发症情况。结果①成功经桡动脉介入诊治658例次。②桡动脉痉挛23例（3.5%）,前臂血肿8例（1.2%）,假性动脉瘤1例（0.15%）,桡动脉闭塞或手部缺血1例（0.15%）。结论常规经桡动脉进行介入诊治可行且并发症较少。

| Abstract: | Objective To review the complications of the 684 cases of trans-radial coronary intervention.Methods The treatment and complications of 684 consecutive cases of trans-radial coronary intervention in current hospital from Nov 2007 to Mar 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results ①A total of 658 cases were successfully completed without any complication.②Complications include 23（3.5%） cases radial arterial spasm,8（1.2%） forearm hematomas,1（0.15%） pseudo aneurysm,and 1 （0.15%） radial arterial occlusion or hand ischemia.Conclusion Routine trans-radial coronary intervention is an applicable treatment with few complications. |
