| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经伤椎椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位的疗效。方法:对25例胸腰椎骨折脱位采用经伤椎椎弓根螺钉内固定,观察术后伤椎复位情况。结果:25例随访12个月~18个月,平均15个月,骨折均达到临床愈合。对比术前、术后l周伤椎前缘高度的比值、cobbs角均有显著差异(P<0.05):术后1周对比术后12个月伤椎前缘高度的比值、cobbs角无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:经伤椎椎弓根置钉内固定可提高复位质量,增强脊柱的稳定性,是治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位安全有效的方法。
