中药药浴联合NB-UVB照射治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察及护理

目的观察中药药浴联合窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）照射治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析112例寻常型银屑病患者临床资料,治疗组采用中药药浴1次/d,每次20min,NB-UVB隔日照射1次;对照组采用隔日照射NB-UVB1次,两组均外用地米硼酸乳膏2次/d,口服昆明山海棠,每日20g煎后分3次服。2周为1个疗程,2个疗程结束后判断疗效。结果治疗组疗效为94.6%、住院天数为（23.68±9.28）d、不良反应4例,对照组疗效为80.4%、住院天数为（30.57±8.17）d、不良反应12例,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中药药浴联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗寻常型银屑病疗效好,能缩短平均住院天数,有效降低NB-UVB治疗的不良反应,患者依从性好。

Efficacy of combined therapy with Chinese herbs medicated bath and NB-UVB radiation on psoriasis vulgaris and the nursing

Objective To observe the efficacy of combined therapy with Chinese herbs medicated bath and NB-UVB radiation on psoriasis vulgaris.Methods The clinical information of 112 patients with psoriasis vulgaris was reviewed.All the patients were treated by NB-UVB radiation,and one third of water decoction of 20 grams tripterygium hypoglaucum hutch,three times a day.Together with topical use of dexamethasone and boric acid cream.The treatment group was treated by Chinese herbs medicated bath for 20 minutes,once daily.Two weeks was as a course.All the patients were treated by two courses totally.Results The efficacy rate was 94.6% in treatment group,and 80.4% in control group.The average hopitalized duration in two groups was （23.68±9.28） days and （30.57±8.17） days respectively.The patients with adverse reaction in two groups were 4 and 12 cases respectively.All the data were significantly different （P0.05）.Conclusion The combination therapy with Chinese herbs medicated bath and NB-UVB radiation on psoriasis vulgaris may reach a good efficacy,shorten the hospitalized duration and decrease the adverse reaction of NB-UVB therapy.The comliance was good.
