176例儿童口腔颌面部软组织急诊外伤临床分析

目的分析儿童口腔颌面部软组织损伤的特点,以指导临床预防和治疗。方法对176例儿童口腔颌面部软组织损伤进行回顾性分析,包括外伤的性别、原因、地点、部位以及合并其他部位损伤等方面进行分析研究,结合儿童本身的特点以及地方特色,寻找规律。结果病因以跌倒摔伤占第1位,其次是交通意外伤,外伤地点多发生于幼儿园和马路,损伤部位以额部和颏部好发。损伤合并牙外伤多见。结论儿童口腔颌面软组织损伤与儿童的生理心理特点以及社会环境有关,应结合儿童生理和心理发育的特点,加强教育及采取有效的预防措施以减少儿童的损伤。

Clinical analysis of 176 cases with oral and maxillofaciaI soft tissue trauma in children

Objective To analyze features of children oral and maxillofacial soft tissue trauma in order to provide guidance of clinical preventions and treatments.Methods 176 cases of children oral and maxillofacial soft tissue trauma were collected.The factors to be analyzed uniting special feature of this locality and children characteristics included gender,causes of trauma,place of injury,site of trauma,complicating trauma of others sites.Results The leading cause of children oral and maxillofacial soft tissue trauma was drop injuries,the second cause was traffic accident.The main injury places were kindergarten and road.The main trauma sites were frontal region and mental region.And the majority of combined wounds were teeth traumas.Conclusion The incidence rate of children oral and maxillofacial soft tissue trauma is correlated with children physiological and psychological characteristics and social circumstances.To reduce children injuries,we should strengthen children education and take effective preventive measures combining with children physiological and psychological characteristics.
