| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨射频消融治疗晚期肺癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法:对12例原发性晚期肺癌和肺转移癌病人,在局麻下进行射频消融治疗,8例在CT下定位,2例在胸腔镜直视下进行。消融温度56～90°,治疗时间为30～120分钟。结果:12例病人共进行14次射频消融,其中2例进行2次。术中6例伴有不同程度的疼痛,3例出现不同程度的咳嗽、咳血。治疗后4例出现不同程度的肺水肿,发生气胸2例,血胸1例,住院治疗期间全组无死亡病例。结论:经皮射频消融术治疗晚期肺癌,损伤小,安全,病人易于接受,治疗有效,远期效果需进一步观察。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the efficacy and safety of advanced lung cancer patientstreated with radiofrequency abiation(RFA). Methods:Twelve advanced lung cancer patients were treated with RFA in local anaesthesia 8 under CTscan,2 through VATS.RFA temperature from 56℃C to 90℃,Procedure time from 30 to 120 minutes.Results:Forth RFA were done in 12 patients.2 of them done twice.6 patients appeared pain during RFA,3 of them with cough and hemoptysis separately.After RRA 4 of them presented with pulmonary edema. Pneumothorax in2patient,pulmonary hemorrhage in one.No patients died in the hospital.Conclusion:Percutaneous radiofrequency ablation might be safe to treat advanced lung cancer Its long term result need to be studied further. |
