腹腔镜模拟训练器在腹腔镜培训中的应用

摘    要:目的探索一种有效的腹腔镜手术基本技术的培训方法。方法将实验对象分3组,每组10名。空白组:无腹腔镜基础,不参与模拟训练;实验组:参与腹腔镜模拟训练,其中甲组:无腹腔镜基础;乙组:有腹腔镜基础组。分阶段进行拾豆,缝合打结训练;分别在训练前后计数1min内拾豆数,15min内缝合打结数,各计数3次,取平均值。结果组间比较:与空白组相比,通过腹腔镜模拟训练器训练后,甲、乙组每分钟拾豆数明显增加(P〈0.05),其中甲组提高最为明显;缝合打结数也有显著的提高。组内比较:实验组训练后拾豆数及缝合打结数明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而空白组则没有差别。结论腹腔镜模拟器训练能较快适应腹腔镜视野转换,熟练使用腹腔镜基本器械,提高腹腔镜基本技术,可能有助于缩短腹腔镜学习曲线。

Adaption of laparoscopic simulator on laparoscopic training

Abstract:Objective To explore an effective method to train the basic skill of laparoscopic operation .Methods Trainees were divided into three groups of 10 :blank control group ,experimental group A,experimental group B .progressive trainings were completed by picking-up beans and sucture knot.The number of the beans per minute and suture knots within 15 minutes were counted respectively three times before and after training,and then averaged.Results Comparison among the three groups: Compared with the control group,group A,B significantly increased the number of pick beans and suture knot p (P0.05) through the laparoscopic simulator training,in which group A increased the most obviously.Group comparison: the experimental groups significantly increased the number of picking-up beans and sucture knots after training (P0.05),while there was no difference between the control group.Conclusion Laparoscopic simulator training can adapt to view conversion lof laparoscopic,can use the basic laparoscopic instruments proficiently,can improve the basic technical skills of laparoscopic operation trainees,maybe shorten the learning curve for laparoscopic.
