| 摘 要： | 目的:分析老年突发性耳聋患者的心理状态,探讨有效的护理方法。方法:回顾性分析我科2008年1月~2010年1月期间住院的突聋老年患者(60岁以上)40例病例的护理。总结老年患者从入院、治疗到出院阶段的心理状态变化。结果:及时了解老年患者的心理状态,针对不同性格、不同家庭背景的患者提供不同的心理疏导,进行综合治疗,效果满意。结论:患者的心理状态对突聋这种疾病的产生和发展有着重要的作用,老年患者更渴望得到尊敬和关爱,其心理状况不容忽视。
