脂必妥对慢性心力衰竭患者左室射血分数及炎性介质的影响

目的探讨脂必妥对慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者心功能的影响及可能机制。方法将57例CHF患者随机分为两组,对照组31例,治疗组26例,均予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上予脂必妥胶囊（成都地奥九泓制药厂国药准字Z51022196）2粒/次,2次/d,连服8周,检测服药前后血高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）、白介素-6（IL-6）,左室射血分数（LVEF）等变化。结果治疗前后两组血脂无明显变化（P〉0.05）。治疗组患者左室射血分数上升,hs-CRP、TNF-αI、L-6明显下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论脂必妥对慢性心力衰竭可能有治疗作用,这可能与抑制炎性介质有关。

The effects of Zhibituo to the inflammatory mediators and LVEF in patients with heart failure

Objective To evaluate the changes of plasma levels of tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF2-α）、high sensitive C-reactive protein、interleukin-6 and left ventricle ejection fraction（LVEF） in patients with chronic heart failure after zhibituo treatment.,and to explore the possible mechanism.Methods 57 patients with CHF were randomly divided into 2 groups and both were treated with conventional therapy.The treatment group was given Zhibituo by oral use on the basis of treatment above.After treatment of 8 weeds,blood samples were taken to determine TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP and LVEF et al.Results After 8 weeks′ treatment,the level of plasma TNF-α、TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP decreased,while LVEF ascended in the two groups（P0.05）,and the changes were more marked in zhibituo group and compared group（P0.05）.Conclusion In patients with chronic heart failure,Zhibituo can improve the cardiac function obviously,maybe through inhibition of inflammation reaction.
