| 摘 要： | 目的:观察紫杉醇联合卡铂治疗胃癌患者的临床疗效及毒副反应。方法:经病理或细胞学证实的Ⅲ-Ⅳ期胃癌患者21例,紫杉醇,150mg/m2,加入0.9%生理盐水中静滴4～6小时,第1天;卡铂AUC6,第2天静滴。结果:21例患者中CR6例,PR10例,SD3例,PD2例,总有效率(CR+PR)76.2%,主要的毒副反应为肌肉酸痛及骨髓抑制,绝大多数患者耐受良好。结论:紫杉醇联合卡铂治疗晚期胃癌患者疗效确切,患者耐受良好,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the side effect and effect in patients of advanced gastric cancer receiving chemotherapy with carhoplatin and paclitaxel.Methods:The 21 patients of advanced gastric cancer were verived by cytology or pathology.Paclitaxel 150mg/m~2 D1 iv drip,carhoplatin AUC6 D2 iv drip.Results:The cases of CR,PR and SD in 21 patients were 6,10 and 3.The general response rate was 76.2%.The main side effect was bone marrow depression and muscular soreness.Almost all the patients could tolerate the side effect. Conclusion:The effect of chemotherapy with carhoplatin and paclitaxel to the patient of advanced gastric cancer was certain,the patients could tolerate the therapy,this regime was worthwhile to be extended. |
