359例眼睑肿瘤临床分析

目的初步探讨眼睑肿瘤的临床特点及治疗方法。方法对359例经组织病理学确诊的眼睑肿瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果眼睑肿瘤以眼睑新生物342例（95.26%）为主要就诊原因。眼睑良性肿瘤170例,其中以色素痣69例（40.59%）和血管瘤46例（27.06%）最多见。恶性肿瘤189例,占前三位的分别是：基底细胞癌92例（48.68%）,皮脂腺腺癌49例（25.93%）,鳞状细胞癌24例（12.70%）。良性肿瘤均手术切除,面积较大者采用局部皮瓣（39例）或游离植皮（24例）修复创面。恶性肿瘤151例（79.89%）单纯手术切除,肿瘤侵及眼眶（15例）或伴有淋巴结转移者（8例）,行眶内容物剜出术。结论眼睑良性肿瘤采用单纯手术切除,效果理想。恶性肿瘤手术切除后,有13例复发,需再次手术或辅以放、化疗。同种异体巩膜是较为理想的睑板修复材料。

Clinical studies on 359 cases of eyelid tumors
