脉冲超短波对肛周脓肿术后创口愈合影响研究

肛周脓肿属于肛肠科常见病,手术治疗是肛周脓肿最佳与最终的治疗手段。但因其创口深、大而导致愈合周期长,增加了再感染的机会,干扰了患者正常的工作和生活。脉冲超短波有促进局部血运改善,促进肉芽组织生长的作用。本项目通过脉冲超短波作用于肛周脓肿术后创口,通过对创口体积缩小百分率比较法、同时点创口组织切片法对比法与对照组进行比较,观察脉冲超短波对创口愈合的影响,以其寻求一种促进创口愈合科学、有效的治疗方法。

Pulse FM on Postoperative Wound Healing of Perianal Abscess Research

Anorectal abscess are common,surgical treatment of perianal abscess is the best and final treatment.However,because of deep wounds,large and lead to a long healing period,increasing the chance of re-infection,interferes with the normal work and life of patients.Pulse FM promoted the improvement of local blood supply,promoting granulation tissue growth.Pulse FM the project through the effect on postoperative wound abscess,wound volume reduced by the percentage of comparative law,and wound tissue sectioning point comparison method were compared with the control group were observed ultrashort pulse effects on wound healing,with its search for a kinds of science to promote wound healing and effective treatment.
