| 摘 要： | 目的提高小儿气管支气管异物的诊治水平,减少其误诊、漏诊及并发症的发生。方法回顾性分析了156例小儿气管支气管异物的诊断、治疗及结果。结果 156例患儿,有明确异物吸入史129例,无明确异物吸入史27例,胸片阳性率123/156（78.7%）,阴性率33/156（21.3%）;2例患儿自行咳出1,49例患儿行手术取出异物;死亡4例,治愈率97%。结论根据明确的异物吸入史、典型的临床表现及X线等检查多可确诊,及时有效的采用手术治疗方可获得良好的治疗效果。
