| 摘 要： | 目的:了解齐河县动物伤害人群的流行病学状况和狂犬疫苗免疫状况。方法:对齐河县疾病预防控制中心2009年1月~2010年10月动物伤害暴露后预防免疫个案、资料进行统计分析。结果:被动物伤害820例,多发生在春夏季节,学龄儿童及青壮年占多数,男性多于女性,咬伤部位以上下肢体和手指脚趾多见,伤人动物中犬类占多数,暴露后及时进行消毒处理并接种狂犬疫苗者者812人占99.1%。就诊时伤口已愈合无法进行处理者8人占1%。结论:动物伤害的预防重点加强犬及其他动物的管理和检疫,正确及时地消毒处理暴露者的伤口,提高狂犬疫苗接种率。
