腹腔镜与快速康复外科结合在结、直肠癌根治术围手术期的应用

目的:探讨腹腔镜与快速康复外科结合,在结、直肠癌根治术围手术期的应用效果及可行性。方法:将140例结肠癌、直肠癌手术患者随机分为2组,应用腹腔镜手术相应护理措施和快速康复外科相应护理措施,对腹腔镜快速康复外科护理组采取有效的护理。比较2组临床治疗效果和并发症的发生情况。结果:全部患者完成实验。腹腔镜快速康复外科护理组在首次排气时间、术后住院时间与开腹传统护理组(以下简称对照组)相比均明显提前/缩短、差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);住院总费用腹腔镜快速康复外科护理组与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05):但术后用于营养支持的费用腹腔镜快速康复外科护理组少于对照组。腹腔镜快速康复外科护理组无并发症发生。结论:腹腔镜与快速康复外科结合在结、直肠癌根治术围手术期能明显减轻患者痛苦、加速术后康复进程,在结、直肠癌治疗中是安全可行的。

Periperative Clinical Application and Nursing Investigation of Fast Track Surgery to Combine Laparoscope Undergoing Coloreetal Surgery

Objective:To investigate the clinical application and feasibility of fast tract in laparoscope with elective colorectal surgery in the perioperative period.Methods:140 patients undergoing colorectal surgery were randomized divided into two groups: Effective measure of nursing care were taken to the laparoscope nursing and the fast track nursing group with nursing measure of laparoscope- fast track surgery.Clinical therapeutic efficacy and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:All the patients finished the study,the laparoscope-fast track surgery nursing group had significant shorter time of first exhaust(P￡1/40.05).The hospitalization time was shorter obviously(P￡1/40.05).There was no complication rate in laparoseope-fast track surgery nursing group. Conclusion:Apply the principle of fast track surgery-laparoscope to the nursing care of the colorectal surgery patients because it could significantly release pain,reduce the complication rate and accelerate the recovery after surgery.It imight be safe and feasible.
