| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法:32例锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位,均采用手术切开复位、锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗。结果:所有随访病例无再骨折、再脱位发生,内固定无松动断裂,肩关节活动基本正常。肩关节功能参照Lazzcano评价标准:优26例,良6例,无差病例。结论:锁骨钩钢板是锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位较好的治疗方法。
