基层医院加强院前急救管理提高急救反应能力的初步探讨

目的通过分析2009年我院院前急救反应能力,探讨基层医院加强院前急救管理提高急救反应能力的方法。方法回顾性分析2009年1～12月急诊科院前急救共2488例,呼救时间、出车时间、到达现场时间及出诊距离,计算出车准备时间、应急反应时间、急救半径。结果 2009年院前急救共2488例,出车准备时间平均1.26min,应急反应时间平均10.55min,急救半径平均6.15km,最远35km,最近0.5km。结论我院急诊科院前急救取得了一定成绩,需要进一步加强院前急救管理提高急救反应能力。

Primary hospital management to strengthen pre-hospital emergency response capacity to improve the preliminary study

Objective Analysis of 2009 hospital pre-hospital emergency response capacity,strengthening of primary hospital management to improve pre-hospital emergency response capacities.Methods A retrospective analysis of emergency in January 1~12 2009,a total of 2488 cases of first aid EPRI,for help time and time out of the bus,arrived at the scene time and visits from the calculated preparation time out of the bus,emergency response time,first-aid radius.Results A total of 2009,2488 cases of pre-hospital,out of the bus for an average of 1.26 minutes,an average of 10.55 minutes emergency response,first aid average radius of 6.15 km,as far as 35km recently 0.5km.Conclusion The hospital emergency first aid ASTRI has made some achievements,need to further strengthen pre-hospital management to improve emergency response capabilities.
