改良艾灸法应用于小儿轮状病毒肠炎的护理体会

目的观察改良艾灸法在小儿轮状病毒肠炎的应用效果,明确改良艾灸法在治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎存在的优势,及改良后操作方法具备的优势。从而探索推广中医药适宜护理技术。方法采用随机单盲法,将2008年10月～2010年1月我院儿科106例轮状病毒肠炎辩证为寒湿证患儿分为试验组、对照组,试验组在基础治疗基础上运用改良艾盒灸治疗,1周为1个疗程。结果试验后两组止泻时间分别为（52.82±25.84）、（70.47±35.71）h,试验组止泻时间较对照组短,组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P=0.0067）。结论采用改良艾灸法治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎,操作简单,无不良反应,安全可靠,避免了小儿服药困难,内服药物不良反应大,发挥了中医外治法优势,值得基层医院推广。
