| 摘 要： | 目的通过回顾性分析内镜下逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）患者术后胰腺炎发生的危险因素,有针对性地进行护理。方法确定危险因素,检索相关文献,制定护理措施,并应用于85例拟实施ERCP患者护理。结果 85例ERCP患者术后胰腺炎发生率3.53%,与我科以往发生率6.05%相比差异有统计学意义。结论引起ERCP术后胰腺炎的大部分因素是可以避免的,除了手术医生的操作技巧外,与护理配合密切相关,在术前、术中与术后采取护理干预是积极有效的。

| Abstract: | Objectives Retrospective study on the risk factors of pancreatitis after ERCP for intentional nurse.Methods To determine risk factors,consult documents,make the nursing interventions,and put these on 85 patients who had ERCP.Results Incidence rate of pancreatitis for the 85 patients after ERCP is 3.53%,which has marked difference in comparison with 6.05% in my department.Conclusion The factors of ERCP inducing pancreatitis are avoidable mostly,besides the doctor＇s good operation,the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing interventions are positive value. |
