| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨Orem自理模式在半月板损伤行膝关节镜手术围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法:选择急性膝关节半月板损伤行膝关节镜手术患者56例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组将Orem自理模式贯穿于常规护理全过程,对照组给予常规护理和指导,2组就术后达到康复显效标准的时间、短期后遗症的存在情况进行比较。结果:观察组术后达到康复显效标准的时间短于对照组、存在短期后遗症的病例数少于对照组,相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:Orem自理模式应用有利于提高急性膝关节半月板损伤行膝关节镜手术患者康复效果。
