| 摘 要： | 目的了解成都地区17家医院神经系统药的应用情况,为临床用药提供参考。方法采用限定日剂量（DDD）方法,对成都地区17家医院2007～2009年神经系统用药的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）等进行统计、分析。结果 2009年神经系统药销售金额达26172.35万元,排名全部药品总销售第2位。占药品总销售金额的10.40%,较2008年的9.77%略有增加。主要包括新一代抗精神失常药、解热镇痛药、麻醉药、中枢神经兴奋药等。结论神经系统药在临床治疗中发挥着越来越重要的作用。该地区医院所应用神经系统药结合了患者的疾病及经济条件,充分体现了用药的合理性。
