| 摘 要： | 通过全国系统抽样,获取卫生监督机构2006年人力结构基本资料,从年龄、学历、职称、专业和从事工作五个方面对卫生监督机构人员构成进行描述。结果显示,全国卫生监督机构在岗人员平均年龄为39.3岁;以中专(高中/技校)和专科学历为主,本科学历较少,研究生学历极少;职称集中在初、中级水平,专业以预防医学和非预防专业的医学专业背景为主,同时有相当数量的法律等其他非医学专业的人员;从事食品卫生监督、办公室、综合监督、医疗机构监督、卫生许可等工作的人员数量排在前几位。 |

| Abstract: | By national random sampling survey,obtain the data about age,education level,title of technical post,major,and post of human resource in health inspection organizations.The result shows that the average age is 39.3.Most personnel graduated from secondary technical school,less undergraduate education and graduate education.The title of technical post was centralized in primary and middle level.And human resource becomes more specialization.Most people have preventive medicine and medicine background,also quite a number of legal and other non-medical personnel.The number of personnel working in food hygiene supervision,office,comprehensive supervision,supervision of medical institutions,health permitting are at the top list. |
