凋亡相关抗原7A6表达与急性粒细胞白血病疗效关系的研究

目的研究凋亡相关抗原7A6在急性粒细胞白血病化疗前和化疗过程中的表达，探讨其表达率与疗效的关系。方法应用流式细胞议和单克隆抗体2．7A6A3，测定28例病人化疗前及化疗72h后抗原7A6的表达率，比较表达率与疗效的关系。同时设10例正常人为对照组。结果病人化疗前抗原7A6表达率与对照组无差别，化疗72h后抗原7A6表达明显增高，表达率与疗效呈正相关。结论测定凋亡相关抗原7A6表达率可预测急性粒细胞白血病疗效。

STUDY ON CORRELATION BETWEEN EXPRESSION OF APOPTOSIS ASSICOATED ANTIGEN 7A6 AND EFFICACY OF CHEMOTHERAPY IN ACUTY MYELOGENOUS LEUKEMIA

Objective In order to study expression of apoptosis associated autigen 7A6 in acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) before and during chemotherapy, to evaluate relationship between the expressing rate and efficacy of chemotherapy. Methods Using flow cytometry and monoclonal antibody 2.7A6A3, anthor determined expressing rate of antigen 7A6 in 28 patients with AML before chemotherapy and 72 hours after chemotherapy, making a comparison between the expressing rate and efficacy of chemotherapy. 10 normal subjects acted as control group. Results It showed there was no difference in expressing rate of antigen 7A6 between control group and AML group before chemotherapy; there was significant increase in the expressing rate 72 hours after chemotherapy,the expressing rate was positively related to efficacy of chemotherapy. Conclusion In result,determination of expressing rate of antigen 7A6could predict efficacy of chemotherapy in AML.
