虚寒状态动物模型的评价研究

虚寒证是中医临床常见证候之一,对虚寒动物模型的研究一直是中医药界研究的热点和难点。但虚寒模型的不确定及对其认识的不统一,严重影响了对虚寒证实质的深入研究及对药物的深入研究。因此,文章对虚寒动物模型的系统研究和客观评价意义重大,为虚寒动物模型实质研究及合理应用提供了科学依据。基于本课题组5年来研究结果,结合临床观察,采用病理学、药理学、数理分析等手段,对虚寒模型的制定进行了系统研究。初步确立虚寒动物模型指标核心圈,建立虚寒状态指标评价体系;继而阐释不同造模方法诱导虚寒动物模型的个性特点;并对虚寒动物模型的相关应用进行展望。文章通过对虚寒动物模型的评价研究,为中药性效研究奠定状态基础,为中医证候模型研究提供新思路。

Evaluative research of animal model with deficiency cold status

Deficiency cold syndrome is one of common syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine clinical practices.It is one of difficulties and hot spots to study deficiency cold animal model in traditional Chinese medicine.However,it is uncertain and no unified recognition of deficiency cold animal model,which affects the progress of the deficiency cold syndrome research and drug development.This research undertakes the systematic review and objective evaluation,which is great of significance for discovery the real essence of deficiency cold animal model and rational use.Based on the five-year findings of our research group,we do the systematic research of deficiency cold model by the methods of combined with clinical observation,pathology,pharmacology,and mathematical analysis,etc.First we reviewed the core parameters.Second we established deficiency cold status parameter evaluation system.Third we uncovered the characteristics of deficiency cold animal models induced by different methods.Last we looked forward the applications of deficiency cold animal model.This article carried on the evaluative research of deficiency cold animal models,which provided the animal models for the research of the effects and drug nature of Chinese Materia Medica,and also established a new research idea for the study of status animal models of Chinese Medicine.
