| 摘 要： | 目的分析丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)抗体酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)阳性吸光度值/临界值(S/CO)与HCVRNA定量的相关性。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR检测HCV-RNA及ELISA法检测抗-HCV。结果206份抗-HCV阳性样本中,HCV-RNA阴性33例,将HCV-PCR阳性173例按S/CO值分组。1.0≤S/CO<2.0者22例,占12.8%;2.0≤S/CO<3.8者35例,占20.2%;S/CO≥3.8者116例,占67%。经统计学分析,两者有明显的相关性。结论ELISA法检测抗-HCV在S/CO≥3.8时,才高度预示抗-HCV呈阳性状态。本文作者建议对S/CO≥3.8的标本做确认实验。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relativity between s/co numerical value of anti-HCV antibody positive detectiom and HCV-RNA quantitation. Methods Applied ELISA and HCV-PCR technology test anti-HCV and HCV-RNA. Results In the samples of 206 cases anti-HCV antibody positive detectiom ,33 cases were negative result of HCV-RNA,the detection result was grouped by S/CO ratios.22 cases 1.0≤S/CO2.0,the percent of 12.8%;35 cases 2.0≤S/CO3.8,the percent of 20.2%;116 cases S/CO≥3.8,the percent of 67%. Conclusion While the S/CO≥3.8 the anti-HCV would be positive by the measure method of ELISA and we suggest that we should do the affirmance experiment at the same time. Obviously the two cases were relative. |
