肺通气功能检查60例慢性咳嗽患儿结果分析

目的：探讨肺通气功能检查在慢性咳嗽中的诊断价值。方法：回顾60例慢性咳嗽患儿的临床资料，记为观察组，选取同期60例健康体检儿童的资料作为对照组，所有儿童均行肺通气功能检查，包括用力肺活量（FVC）、第1秒时间用力呼出气体容量（FEV1）、最高呼气流速（PEF）、最大呼气中段流速（FEF25％～75％），同时对观察组患儿进行干预治疗。比较两组患者相关指标情况。结果l观察组患儿FVC、FEV1、PEF、PEF25％～75％观察指标均低于对照组，两组患者比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；在经过干预治疗后观察组患儿观察指标明显改善，较干预治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对于慢性咳嗽患儿，肺通气功能检查对早期诊断明确病因、有效治疗、预后判断有重要价值。

The Results of Analysis of 60 Patients with Chronic Cough in Children With Pulmonary Ventilation Function Tests

Results： Observation group, children with FVC, FEV1, PEF, PEF, 25 % - 75 % of observed indicators were lower than the control group, the difference were statistically significant （P~0. 05） ;after intervention treatment group children observed indicators showed significant improvement compared to the differences before and obviously, they are statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：For children with chronic cough, pulmonary function tests for early diagnosis of a clear cause,Pulmonary ventilation function tests are effective treatment and prognosis.
