| 摘 要： | 目的：建立复方对乙酰氨基酚片中咖啡因含量的测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Agilent C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-水（40：60），流速为1．0mL／min，柱温为40％，测定波长为216nm。结果：平均回收率为99．4％，相对标准偏差（RSD）为0．8％，咖啡因的线性范围为30．04～1502ng，系统精密度为0．8％。结论：用HPLC测定复方对乙酰氨基酚片中咖啡因的含量可以用于复方对乙酰氨基酚片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish test method for Caffeine contents in Compound Paracetamol Tablets. Methods： HPLC. The chromatographic column is Agilent C18 column （250mm×4.6mm,5μm） ; the mobile phase is Methanol Water （40： 60） while the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min with column temperature of 40℃ at wavelength of 216rim. Results ： The Average Recovery Rate is 99.4 % ; the Relative Standard Deviation （RSD） is 0.8;; the linear range of Caffeine is 30.04--1502ng, and the system accuracy is 0.8%. Conclusion：It is available to control the quality of Compound Paracetamol Tablets by applying HPLC to determine the content of Caffeine. |
