摘    要:目的:比较女贞嫩叶、生长叶和落叶中熊果酸的含量差异。方法:采用高效液相方法测定三种不同生长阶段女贞叶中熊果酸的含量。结果:熊果酸的含量:嫩叶>生长叶>落叶。女贞嫩叶、生长叶和落叶中熊果酸的含量有显著差异。结论:该方法简便,灵敏度高,可准确测定不同生长阶段女贞叶中熊果酸的含量,为女贞叶药材的临床应用提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Objective: To compare.the content of ursolic acid in the tender leaf, the adult leaf and the defoliation of Folium Ligustrum Lucidi. Methods: The contens of ursolic acid in three different growth stages of Folium Ligustrum Lucidi was determined by HPI.C. Results:The contents of ursolic acid in the tender leaf ,the adult leaf and the defoliation of Folium Ligustrum Lucidi have the significant differences. Conclusion : The content of ursolic acid in the tender leaf is highest, the second is in the adult leaf and the lowest is in the defoliation. This method is sensitive, simple and can be accurately used to determinate the ursolic acid in different growth stages of Folimn Ligustrum Lucidi. It also can provide the scientific basis for the clinic application on Folium Ligustrum Lucidi.
