反向LISS-DF与PFNA治疗股骨转子间骨折疗效分析

摘    要:目的:通过比较反向股骨远端微创内固定系统与股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗股骨转子间骨折的,临床疗效,分析反向LISS—DF治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析采用PFNA和LISS—DF系统内固定治疗的股骨转子间骨折患者64例,应用LISS—DF铜板内固定治疗者28例,应用PFNA内固定治疗者36例。比较两组的手术时间、出血量、住院时间、术后并发症及髋关节功能。结果:LISS组较PFNA组手术时间长,两者的出血量、住院时间、术后并发症及髋关节功能没有明显差异。结论:反向应用LISS—DF治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效和并发症与PFNA内固定相似,是一种创伤小、固定可靠的内固定系统。

Abstract:Objective : Analyze the clinical value of reverse LISS in the treatment of intertrochanteri fracture by comparing the clinical effi cacy between LIS-DF and PFNA. Methods:In our hospital, 64 patients with intertrochanteric fracture who were treated by reverse LISS or PFNA from March 2008 to July 2011 were retrospecively analyzed, including 28 with reverse LISS and 36 with PFNA. op crating time, blood loss, hospital days, complications and hip function were compared. Results:Compared with PFNA group, the operating time was longer in reverse LISS group. There were no significant differnees between reverse LISS and PFNA in blood loss, hospital days, complications and hip function. Coclusion:The clinical efficacy and complications were similar in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture between reverse LISS and PFNA, reverse LISS is a reliable internal fixation with a less trauma.
