摘    要:
目的:优化并确定丹参总酚酸闪式提取的最佳工艺。方法:以丹参酚酸B为质量控制指标,利用闪式提取方法,在单因素试验基础上采用Box-Behnken设计、响应面分析统计学方法,考察溶剂用量、提取时间、提取电压对丹参总酚酸的影响。结果:研究确定的最佳工艺条件为:提取电压179V,水为10倍量,提取时间105s,在此条件下丹参总酚酸的提取转移率可达95.239%。结论:闪式提取法是一种高效、快速提取丹参中丹参总酚酸的方法。

Abstract:
Objective:Response surface methodology(RSM) was used for optimizing the homogcnated extraction of total salvianolic acids from Salvia.Methods:Voltage,extracting time and liquid to material ratio were selected as factors based on single-factor test and a three-factor-three-level experiment design has been developed by the method of Box-Benhnken central composite design,by taking salvianolic acid B as indexes.The optimal extraction conditions were determined by the experiment of RSM.Results:showed that homogenated extraction was an efficient method to extract the total salvianolic acids from Salvia.The optimized conditions were extraction at 179V voltage,extraction time 105 s,a liquid-to-solid ratio 10︰1(mL︰g).Under these optimum conditions,the actual extraction rate of total salvianolic acids was 95.264%,matching with the predicted extraction rate of 95.239%.Conclusion:Homogenate extraction was proved to be a kind of efficient and rapid method for extraction of total salvianolic acids from Salvia.
