摘    要:目的:建立测定倒卵叶五加冲剂中紫丁香苷含量的HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱:kromasil C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(10∶90);流速:1mL.min-1;检测波长:265nm;柱温:35℃。结果:经检测,紫丁香苷的线性范围为0.0192~0.1536mg/mL,Y=9.846+2.824X×104 C(r=0.999 6),加样回收率为97.7%。结论:HPLC测定倒卵叶五加冲剂中紫丁香苷含量,方法稳定可靠,操作简便,可作为五加参冲剂质量控制指标。

Abstract:Objective:To establish determination method on content of syringin in Daoluanyewujia granuLes by HPLC. Methods: The analysis was carried out with a kromasil C18 (150mm×4.6mm,5μm) column, and acetonitrile-water (10:90) as mobile phase, with a flow rate of 1.0 mL ; min-1 ,the detection wavelength was 265 nm and the column temperature was 35 ;C. Results:There is a wonderful linerarity in the range of 0.0192--0. 153 6 rag, the regression equation is follows: Y= 9. 846 + 2. 824 × 10^4C, r; 0. 9996;the average recovery rate is 97.7 ;. Conclusion:The content determination method is sensitive, stable and reliable and also with good reproducible. The method could control the quality of Daoluanyewujia granuLes.
