| 摘 要： | 神经外科监护室（NICU）实行封闭式的病房管理模式，如何在无患方监督的情况下保证护理安全，是护理管理者关注的问题。文章分析NICU常见的护理安全隐患，包括：（1）病情变化发现不及时；（2）护理记录缺陷；（3）风险防范意识薄弱；（4）不能正确使用仪器设备；（5）缺乏有效沟通技巧等。提出了：（1）深化法制观念，确保护理质量；（2）培养高素质人才；（3）提高沟通技巧，加强环节质量控制；（4）实行弹性排班，降低护士疲惫指数等管理措施，使NICU护理安全管理制度化、标准化、规范化。

| Abstract: | Neurosurgery Intensive Care Unit （ NICU ） carries out close ward management mode. What nurse manager cares about is how to ensure nurse safety without patients＇ supervisory. The paper analyzed usual hidden danger in nurse safety, which includes, （ 1 ） not detecting disease change in time, （ 2 ） deficiency of nurse records, （ 3 ） lack of risk preventive consciousness, （4） using instruments and equipments improperly, （ 5 ） lack of effective communication skills. The paper also provided counter- measures to make NICU nurse safety management systematic and standardization, which include （ 1 ） deepening legal conception to ensure nurse quality, （ 2 ） training high - quality human resources, （ 3 ） improving communication skills and strengthening process quality control, （ 4 ） carrying out flexible arrangement to reduce nurses＇ exhaustion, etc. |
