超声雾化蒸馏水激发试验对慢性咳嗽的诊断价值

目的探讨慢性咳嗽的原因及超声雾化蒸馏水激发试验对慢性咳嗽及咳嗽变异型哮喘的诊断价值。方法以咳嗽为主要症状或唯一症状,排除慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘,支气管扩张,左心衰等疾病,咳嗽时间≥8周,X线胸片无明显病变者86例,经基础肺功能检查无气道阻塞,行超声雾化蒸馏水激发试验。结果其中咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)27例(31.40%),变应性咳嗽7例(8.14%),嗜酸粒细胞性咳嗽11例(12.79%),上气道咳嗽综合征22例(25.58%),胃食管反流10例(11.63%),ACEI咳嗽5例(5.81%),支气管结核3例(3.49%),支气管异物1例(1.16%)。结论蒸馏水激发试验可作为慢性咳嗽病因诊断的一种安全的重要手段。

Ultrasonically nebulized distilled water challenge test for diagnostic value of chronic cough

Objective Explore the cause of chronic cough and ultrasonically nebulized distilled water challenge test for diagnostic value of chronic cough and cough variant asthma.Methods Cough as the main symptom or only symptoms;exclude chronic bronchitis,bronchial asthma,and bronchiectasis,left heart failure and other diseases,cough time cough time ≥8 weeks,chest X-ray showed no significant lesion in 86 cases,based upon the pulmonary function tests without airway obstruction line of ultrasonically nebulized distilled water challenge test.Results The cough variability asthma(CVA) in 27 cases(31.40%),allergic cough in 7 cases(8.14%),eosinophilia cough in 11 cases(12.79%),22 cases of upper airway cough syndrome(25.58%),gastro esophageal reflux in 10 cases(11.63%),ACEI in 5 cases(5.81%) bronchial tuberculosis in 3 cases(3.49%),bronchial foreign body in 1 cases(1.16%).Conclusion Distilled water challenge test can be used as a safety important diagnostic means of the causes of chronic cough.
