10年间915例结、直肠癌治疗的变迁

目的 :了解近年来大肠癌治疗的变迁和疗效。 方法 :回顾分析 915例结、直肠癌手术患者的治疗情况 ,对比第一个 5年和第二个 5年的治疗方法的变迁。 结果 :近 5年结、直肠癌的 1、3、5年生存率较前 5年明显提高。而术后的复发率明显减低。辅助治疗由过去的较简单的治疗方法转变为放射治疗、化疗治疗、免疫治疗、中医中药治疗等联合的综合治疗。结论 :大肠癌的治疗无论在手术治疗上还是辅助治疗上都发生了明显变化而且更趋有效、合理。

Changes in Treatment of 915 Cases of Colorectal Carcinoma during Past 10 Years

Objective:To investigate the changes and effects of recent treatments of colorectal carcinoma Methods:From March 1991 to March 2001,915 surgical cases of colon carcinoma or rectal carcinoma were identified and analyzed.Results:In thd recent 5 years,the 1-,3- and 5-year survival rates of colorectal carcinoma significantly increased and the recurrence rates obviously decreased as compared with those in the first 5 years.Adjuvant treatments in terms of radiothe rapy,chemotherapy,immunomodulation therapy or traditional Chinsese medicine therapy also have changed obviously in the recent 5 years.These therapies including surgery were combined together to form the combined therapy for colorectal carcinomas.Conclusion:Either surgical or adjuvant treatments in colorectal carcinomas have changed greatly,becoming more reasonable and with improved results.
