| 摘 要： | 探讨在行业经济发展的新形势下,"药学类和工商管理双专业一体化"人才培养模式的构成和意义.从人才培养的目标、制度、过程及评价等方面论述此人才培养模式.该模式以培养既懂药学又懂管理的药学类复合型工程技术人才为目标,既保持工科类院校的工程技术特色,又补充扣加强工商管理知识的教学,将两者有机结合,实现了适合行业经济发展需求的创新型人才的培养.
