| 摘 要： | 目的研究加味四君子汤对脾气虚型常年性变应性鼻炎患者的治疗作用。方法脾气虚型常年性变应性鼻炎患者60例，随机分为实验组、西药对照组，每组各30例；另设缝康对照组30例。观察2组治疗前后总体疗效、血清IL-4、IL-12及IFN-Y值变化有无显著性差异。结果①临床疗效上，实验组显著优于西药对照组（P〈0．05）；②治疗前实验组、西药对照组血清IL-4明显高于健康对照组，IFN—Y、IL-12明显低于健康对照组，（P〈0．01）；③治疗后，实验组、西药对照组血清IL．4均下降，血清IFN-y均上升，实验组明显优于西药对照组（P〈0．01）；实验组治疗后血清IL—12明显升高，治疗前后有非常显著的差异（P〈0．01），西药对照组血清IL-12治疗前后无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论加味四君子汤对脾气虚型常年性变应性鼻炎具有较好的临床疗效，临床上值得推广.
