灰色多层次综合评判法在医院综合效益评价中的应用

摘    要:目的:介绍改进的灰色多层次综合评判法,并用此法对医院临床科室的综合效益进行评价,方法:将文献[4]提出的灰关联分析法经过改进,并分层给出相应的权重,综合出改进的灰色多层次综合评判法,结果:给出了四个临床科室的分层排序和综合排序,从而指出各科室的长处和不足。结论:认为该方法不仅具有科学性,可行性,且易于接受。

Abstract:Objective To introduce the modified Grey multi-hierarchical comprehensive evaluation method,and use the method to evaluate comprehensive benefits of hospital clinical department.Methods in this thesis,the modified Grey multi-hierarchical comprehensive evaluation method was synthesized,comprehensive benefit of clinical department was assessed by using it.Results Having drawn out each level and comprehensive order,and single out the advantage and deficiency of four departments.Conclusion the method is scientific,useful,easy to accept.
