| 摘 要： | 目的分析儿童过敏性紫癜罕见临床表现,为临床诊治提供参考。方法回顾性分析过去7年里收治的110例过敏性紫癜患儿的罕见临床资料。结果多数患儿出现一种和一种以上罕见临床症状,其中严重消化道症状32例,心血管系统受累28例,神经系统受累21例,无菌性胰腺炎7例,出现肝脏损害7例,肺部受累5例,皮下游走性包块2例,阴囊损害2例。结论过敏性紫癜除常见的症状体征外,要加强对罕见症状的认识,对早期临床救治有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the rare clinical characteristics of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP). Methods 110 cases with HSP in our hospital from October,2000 to May,2009 were respectively studied on their clinical manifestations.
