摘    要:目的 建立白术薄层色谱鉴别方法.方法 以白术内酯Ⅲ为对照品,正己烷-醋酸乙酯(3.5∶1)为展开剂,10%硫酸乙醇显色后在波长366 nm下检识.结果 白术药材薄层色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应位置上显相同颜色的荧光斑点.结论 该方法准确、简便,可为白术的质量控制提供参考.

Abstract:Objective To establish the quality control method of Atractylodes macrocephalae.Methods AtraetylenolideⅢ was used as the reference substance and the mixture of n-hexane and ethyl acetate (3.5:1) as the mobile phase.An alcohol solution containing 10% sulfuric acid was used for colouration in the way of sprayin.The fluorescence chromatogram was detected at 366nm in the ultraviolet lamp house.Results The spots in the chromatogram of the test solution corresponding to the position to atraetylenolideⅢ had the same colour.Conclusion The method is accurate and simple,and can be used for the quality control of this plant.
