摘    要:研究了GWe对HRBC免疫后的功能调节作用。在连续给中药GWe的基础上,采用HRBC免疫普通小鼠,选择免疫后不同时间:1,3,5,7,9,11天,用QHS及血凝效价测定方法检测小鼠血浆Ab的动态变化,Ab产生峰值在第5天,GWe组与对照组相比差异有显著性。同时又检测了免疫不同时间的ConA诱导脾细胞上清中IL-1活性的变化,结果表明IL-1活性变化峰值在第5天,GWe组与正常对照组比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。研究结果提示GWe不仅能提高Ab产生,亦可促进IL-1的产生。

Abstract:GWe is a new hiological modifier extracted from traditional Chinese medicine. After the administration of GWe for 3 days, the antibody titer in the plasma of HRBC immunized mice was measured in day 1, 3,5,7, 9 and 11 by QHS and bled agglutination method. The activities of IL-1 like substance of splenocytes in mice were also detected. It was found that the levels of antibody and IL-1 activity were significantly higher in the GWe group than those in NS control(P<0.05). The antibody and IL-1 level reached the maximum on the fifth day. These results suggested that the GWe could enhance the immunity function and increase the lgM synthesis and IL-1 activity.
