键槽缓压式附着体义齿的临床应用

目的采用键槽缓压式附着体义齿修复后牙游离缺失,评价其临床效果。方法采用键槽缓压式附着体(ASC-52),为18例游离端牙列缺损患者行附着体义齿修复,随访1~4年,通过患者主观感觉、口腔检查、X线检查3方面评估修复效果。结果患者感觉舒适,异物感较小,固位稳定性好,功能行使好,基牙及牙槽嵴无病变。结论键槽缓压式附着体义齿修复游离端牙列缺损效果良好,是一种理想的牙列缺损修复的固位体。

Clinical application of ASC-52 attachment prosthesis

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of ASC-52 attachments used in distal extensive partial dentures.Methods 18 patients were restored with distal extensive partial dentures and ASC-52 attachments.The long-term effect of the restorations was evaluated according to subjects' feelings,clinical examination and X-ray examination in the following 1-4 years.Results The subjects didn't complain about discomfort.Meanwhile,the attachments exhibited good retention and the restorations functioned well.There were also no pathological changes in the abutments and the alveolar ridges.Conclusion The ASC-52 attachment could be an ideal retainer for the distal extensive partial dentures.
