| 摘 要： | 目的分析颌骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的临床特点。方法报告1例多发性颌骨嗜酸性肉芽肿,并复习相关文献。结果检索收集中文文献15篇,英文文献61篇。颌骨嗜酸性肉芽肿主要发生在下颌骨,男女比大约2∶1,临床表现和X线片改变与病变的发生部位有关。治疗以外科刮除为主,必要时可行放疗或化疗。有一定的复发率。结论颌骨嗜酸性肉芽肿,临床积极治疗和密切随访十分必要。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of eosinophilic granuloma of jaws.Methods A case of multifocal eosinophilic granuloma involving the mandible and right scapula was reported.The relevant literature was reviewed.Results 76(15 in Chinese and 61 in English)articles were mentioned.Eosinophlic granuloma occurred most frequently in mandible and male to female ratio was about 2:1.The clinical and radiographic presentations were correlated with the sites of the lesions.Surgery,local low-dose irradiation and chemotherapy were mainly recommended to be used alone or in combination,with favorable results.It may be recurrent depending on the treatment method and the location of the lesion.Conclution Active treatment and regular follow-up were essential for patients with eosinophilic granuloma of jaws. |
