| 摘 要： | 目的:建立复方苦参乳膏的质量标准.方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对苦参、蛇床子进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定苦参碱含量.结果:定性鉴别法分离度好,专属性强;苦参碱在4.86～194.4μg/mL的浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.91％,RSD为2.78％.结论:所建标准可有效控制复方苦参乳膏的质量.

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish the quality standard of Compound sophora t]aveseens cream. Methods： Sophora flavescens and Fructus enidii in the Compound sophora flaveaeens cream were identified by TLC.The content of Matrine were determined by HPLC.Results： The- qualitative identification is well-separated andspecific. The linear range of matrine was 4.86 - 194.4μg/mLwith an ave-rage recover）- of 98.91%. Conclusion： Establishes standard can be used for the quality control of Compound sophoraflavescens cream effectively. |
